G.C. Nicholson and C. Jones sold the Carolina Theatre in North Augusta, to Homer W. Lamar and family, 110 Rita Ave., North Augusta. Lamar gave is property on Ellis Street, plus a cash payment of $10,300, for the theater.

He said he had no definite plans for the future of the building which would continue to be used by the North Augusta Community Theatre.
